1. Definitions

Throughout these terms the following words have these meanings:

• "Greywell" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the trading name of the information and records support service based at 142 Sathon Tai Road, Sathon, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — any person who visits this website or enquires about or engages any of our services.
• "Services" — the educational talks, home records organisation visits, and year-round information programme described on this website.
• "Website" — the pages published at the domain associated with Greywell.
• "Agreement" — these terms and conditions, together with any service confirmation we send to you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a service agreement. By proceeding, you confirm that this applies to you.

3. Description of Services

Greywell provides the following services in Bangkok and the surrounding area:

1. Plain-Language Pension Talks — group educational sessions explaining how pension and retirement-saving systems are generally arranged, using everyday language. These sessions are informational only.
2. Home Records Tidy-Up — an administrative visit to help you sort and organise your own retirement paperwork into a clear system. The service covers labelling, indexing and digital backup only; no recommendations about financial decisions are made.
3. Year-Round Information & Community Programme — an ongoing schedule of educational meetings, updated plain-language guides and a community group. The programme is informational and community-focused only.

Important: nothing we do or say constitutes regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or any other form of professional advisory service. Our services are educational and organisational in nature.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed in writing by Greywell following an initial enquiry.
• Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are confirmed in the written booking confirmation.
• Payment is due prior to or on the date of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices shown on our website are for guidance; the price in your written confirmation is definitive.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a partial charge to cover preparation costs; this will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
• For the Year-Round Programme, cancellation terms covering the annual fee are set out separately in the programme agreement.
• Greywell reserves the right to reschedule a session in cases of illness or circumstances outside our control. In such cases a new date will be offered at no additional cost.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
• For home visits, you confirm that you are the occupant or have the right to invite us into the property.
• You agree not to record, reproduce or distribute our session materials without written permission.
• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, guides, layouts and materials distributed at sessions — is the property of Greywell or its content providers and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

You may print or save content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish any part of our content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

All information provided by Greywell — whether in sessions, guides, or on this website — is for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Pension and retirement-saving systems are complex and individual circumstances vary greatly. We make no representations about the suitability of any general information for your specific situation. You are encouraged to consult a qualified professional for personal decisions.

We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Greywell's total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from your use of our services or website, including — without limitation — losses arising from reliance on general information provided at sessions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greywell, its staff and associates from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or website, your breach of these terms, or any unlawful act on your part.

11. Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement with reasonable written notice. Greywell reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of dishonest conduct or material breach of these terms. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability and intellectual property survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to informal discussion in good faith. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: these terms, together with your written booking confirmation, represent the whole agreement between us.
• Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full.
• Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive our right to do so in future.
• Notices: formal communications should be sent to the email or postal address in Section 14.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
